When will I get my photos?
You will receive your photos within a maximum of 3 weeks after your session. Typically sooner, especially for digital image file orders.
How will I get my photos?
If you order digital files, your images will be emailed directly to you. If you order prints, they will be dropped off for you at the school campus front desk in an envelope with your child's name written on the outside. You will be notified via email when your envelope is ready for pick up.
Do you I need to be present at my child's session?
If your child is in 4th grade or below, please plan on accompanying your child for their session.
What if I don't like my photos?
If you are not happy with your photos, just let us know so we can email you outtakes from the session to choose from, or schedule you for a make up session at no charge.
HOW DO I BOOK MULTIPLE ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME?
Start by clicking the blue 'Book Appointment Now' button which will take you to a separate ordering page, then click the box on the selected item you would like to order. Next toggle the drop down menu for that item and choose how many of the item you would like to order. For example, if you have 3 students and would like to order three 5X7 a la carte prints (one for each student), then you would choose "Three 5X7" on the drop down menu. Conversely, if you have one student, but would like three 5X7 copies of the same photo of your student, choose "Three 5X7" on the drop down menu.
